The Stadler Gibbons Band’s particular musical mix is drawn from the best of early and mid-century country music, exceptional writers of today, and their own originals that stand proud within the tradition. In their 21st year together, the band features the singing of Michael Stadler (mandolin, lead guitar and other instrumental surprises) and Mary Gibbons (rhythm guitar). Providing a third voice on trios, Jon Mitguard tells it like it is through his soulful, in-demand pedal steel and resophonic guitar. And, with deft touch and impeccable timing, Michael Leal Price keeps everything exactly where it needs to be on the upright bass. Prepare your ears to be very happy.
